Topic: F/a 18 Psf

What am I suppose to do next when I have a problem with Xicat's F/A 18 PSF and they don't have an actual tech support guy (just automated messages) to talk with and I have done all the things suggested? It still doesn't run right. I e-mailed them four days ago and nothing. I sam quite sure I have all the latest drivers installed except perhaps the gl. But that site is the beta version and "proceed at own risk". Should I proceed? Thanks for any help anyone could offer.
